Orchids Vietnamese restaurant is located in the new Shanghai Plaza. Overall, the food is good but the service was excellent.

Shanghai Plaza is somewhat partially open with a few tenant in place for now, but banners indicate more business are coming mostly restaurant and cafe. The complex itself is two level upper level house property management off5 and retail shop. Parking is easy nothing perplex straight in and straight out or take side exit either way you won't be lost. Those with mobility issue can use state of the art elevator with cooling fan. As far a security goes there's a lone guard patrolling keeping eye on business that closed for the night and the lot. So far I've just visit Dagu Rice Noodle in the plaza hoping to try other when it becomes fully open.
